Winter Birches at Dawn | Fine Art Print by LJ Portnoy

Winter Birches at Dawn captures that fragile stretch of morning when the sky hasn't decided yet — soft green fading into gold, snow still holding onto the blue of night. Bare birch trunks stand angled and unhurried among a stand of dark pines, their shadows stretching long and cool across the drifts. It's a painting about stillness, and the particular kind of light that only shows up for a few minutes before the day fully arrives.
